Please note that our terms of shipment are DAP (Delivered at Place). This means that you will be responsible for all duty, VAT and customs charges relating to the shipment (€20 or 2% minimum). The cost of carriage will be met by WPL Gifts Limited.


Your order will be despatched within 48-72 hours of receipt.


Once your order is packed, we will contact the carriers for collection and send them a copy of the commercial invoice. Once they have checked this and confirmed it is correct, the carrier will arrange collection from our warehouse.


Once your order has been collected, it will be shipped over to the carrier's warehouse in Eire, this generally happens overnight, but depending on capacity, there is the possibility of a small delay.


Once your order arrives, it is processed, and you will receive notification of any duty, VAT and charges that are to be paid. (At the moment, this is carried out by JMC Trans). If there are any changes, you will receive confirmation of this via email, and all relevant details will be listed in an invoice with details of how much is to pay and how to pay. This invoice is important to pay promptly as the goods will not be released for delivery. Once this has been paid, delivery should be made within a couple of days.



Goods are transported at the risk of the customer in all cases. Any breakages / damages / discrepancies must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt and confirmed in writing within 7 days. We cannot accept responsibility for the non-arrival of this notification within the specified time.



Goods may only be returned by a formal agreement between the seller and purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for carriage expenses and risk.


Any dispute will be settled under English law in the courts of London, which are deemed solely competent to settle any dispute concerning the sale. The above terms and conditions may vary without notice.
